Plan your taxes and save!
"It’s not that just I am
saying it, I can show you on paper exactly what I am talking about and how it
produces results for you," so speaks Dan W. Holloway, CPA, partner
in the CPA firm of Sanders, Sanders & Holloway.
"We do tax planning
and preparation for businesses and individuals. We also do full array of
financial statement audits for not-for-profit organizations, but the specialty
area that I like to deal with is small business tax consulting.
"Completion of tax
returns is all done with our tax software. You need to know what you are
doing, but it’s becoming a basic service that many people out there can do
probably quite inexpensively. The
real important thing is to plan
your taxes because
there are numerous decisions that should be made during the year that can
substantially reduce your taxes at the end of the year."
Also, you should
never make an important business decision before checking with me on the tax
implications.
We asked Dan what makes
him think that he can do as he promises, save thousands and thousands of
dollars on a yearly basis in most cases.
Dan:
"Because I have been doing it very successfully over and over. When I
have my first meeting with a new client I gather information about the details
and structure of their business. In
most cases, with only this information, I am able to recommend ideas or
changes that result in thousands of dollars in annual tax savings.”
How does it work?
"I would ask you to
sit down with me and spend 45 minutes to 1½ hour discussing your specific
situation, your business, and then we would see if there was anything I could
do to help you. Generally, in that length of a conversation I can tell if I
can help you or not. Of course, there is no charge for that first
conversation."
